Game of Crowns

About

Last updated 15 September 2026

There are 194 thrones. Game of Crowns gives each one a single ruler, chosen by whoever can convince the most people to back them.

That is the entire game.

Why backers and not money

Plenty of sites let you pay to be at the top of a list. That makes the person with the largest budget win, which is neither interesting nor much of a competition.

Here, the only currency is people who are willing to vouch for you. It costs nothing to play and nothing to win.

What this is not

It is not a political statement, a claim about any country, or a commentary on any government. Our country list follows ISO 3166-1 because it is a neutral standard, not because we hold a view on contested borders.

It is not an investment, an asset, or a property of any kind. Crowns cannot be bought, sold, or traded, and they are worth exactly nothing outside this website. That is on purpose.
